Here at Lavish we try to make each appointment a relaxing and luxurious experence, thank you for helping us achieve this!
cancelations
- 48- hour notice is kindly requested for cancelations or if you need to reschedule. We do understand life is unpredictable and just ask for notice
- Cancellations within 24- hours or no-shows do result in a 50% fee.
- If you are running more the 10 minutes late we may need to adjust the service or reschedule for a different day to stay respectful to all clients and stylist time.
- Two no-shows will require pre payment of all future appointments to rebook
- I do allow children into the salon but ask it is not for appoints over 2 hours as this is a long time for them, If there is a disturbance or safety issue we may ask you to kindly reschedule.
